IN-HOUSE WEDDING SERVICES

 
 

Our services range from the fun stuff like a reception photo booth and sparkler send off, to the crucial details like security and linen service.

 

Bartender/Security (Value $400)

Bring your own alcohol and Red Ridge will schedule one TABC-certified bartender and one security officer for the event. Price includes setup/breakdown and serving time.
*One bartender is required per 100 guests with beer and wine only or one bartender required per 75 guests with a full bar. Additional bartenders are $30 per hour.

Day-of Coordination Services (Value $1,000)

Prior to Wedding Day
Create wedding day timeline + create floor plan + obtain vendor list, confirm setup times + direct wedding rehearsal (on-site only)

Wedding Day
Assist with pinning corsages and boutonnieres + direct ceremony and reception + direct vendors on wedding day + oversee setup of tables, chairs, and linens + cue music and announcement/ emcee services with DJ + cake cutting + distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors as needed + supervise collection of personal items at the end of the night and ensure everything is loaded into designated vehicles

DEcor
(Value $300)

Selection of cedar rounds, mason jars, wooden risers, planter boxes*, cake riser, easel, card box, various wooden signs, and a vintage typewriter.
*Flowers not included.

DJ
(Value $1000)

Red Ridge will DJ and emcee your ceremony and reception and provide indoor and outdoor speakers, a custom-built DJ booth, and mic for officiant. All playlists and music selections are conveniently handled via our online music questionnaire.

Event Lighting
(Value $200)

Color -hanging LED uplights are placed around the Grande Room for an added visual effect.

Full Dinnerware Package
(Value at least $850)

Provided for Each Guest
White dinner plate + white cake plate + dinner fork and knife + cake fork + water/tea goblet + cloth dinner napkin (many colors to choose from) + two additional staff members for setup, cleanup, and napkin fold on tables.

Partial Dinnerware Package
(Value at least $500)

Provided for Each Guest
Glass water/tea goblet + dinner fork and knife + cake fork + white or ivory cloth napkin + one additional staff member for setup, cleanup and napkin fold on tables.

Photo Booth
(Value $750)

Create a memorable experience for your guests and provide them with keepsakes from your wedding. Red Ridge has a custom photo booth that is built in to the venue that does not take away any space from your reception area with props and a wooden wall background. Your guests will receive two copies of their photos: one to keep and one to give back to you!

SetUp and Breakdown Services
(Value $250)

Our staff will set up and break down all Red Ridge items: tables, chairs, linens, and in-house decor.

Sparkler Exit
(Value $150)

Our staff will coordinate your send-off and provide guests with specialty wedding sparklers (longer lasting and brighter than typical sparklers). Stick lighters and bucket also included.

Table Bussing
(Value $250)

Our staff will bus tables during dinner and maintain cleanliness of reception area and restrooms during the event.

Table Linens
(Value $300)

Use our white or ivory table linens on all of your dining tables. We’ve got you covered! Price includes setup and breakdown and ironing of all linens.

Yard Games
(Value $150)

Cornhole, tic-tac-toe, giant Jenga, ring toss,
and dominos are set up on deck and biergarten during cocktail hour.
