The following services are included in our All-Inclusive Packages.

Bartender/Security

Bring your own alcohol and Red Ridge will schedule bartender security for the event. Client provides all alcohol.
No shots or straight liquor permitted.

Bar Glassware

Provided for Each Guest
Stemware + rocks glasses + staffing/dishwashing.
*Champagne flutes can be added for toasting service for an additional fee.

planning and Coordination

Prior to Wedding Day
Provide detailed online planning portal with planning forms+ create wedding day timeline + create floor plan + obtain vendor list, confirm setup times + direct wedding rehearsal (on-site only)

Wedding Day
Assist with pinning corsages and boutonnieres + direct ceremony and reception + direct vendors on wedding day + oversee setup of tables, chairs, and linens + cue music and announcement/ emcee services with DJ + cake cutting + distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors as needed + supervise collection of personal items at the end of the night and ensure everything is loaded into designated vehicles

DEcor

Huge selection including: vases, lanterns, signage, mirrors, easels, cake risers, donut wall, garlands, candle holders, etc…

DJ

Indoor/outdoor music for your entire wedding, custom-built DJ booth, and mic for officiant. Music selections conveniently handled via online music survey

Event Lighting

Color -hanging LED uplights are placed around the Grande Room for an added visual effect.

Full Dinnerware Package

White china dinner plate + white china cake plate + dinner fork and knife + cake fork + glass tea goblet + cloth dinner napkin (many colors available) + staff for setup, cleanup, and napkin fold on tables

Partial Dinnerware Package

Glass tea goblet + dinner fork and knife + cake fork + cloth napkin (many colors available) + plastic plates + staff for setup, cleanup and napkin fold on tables.

Photo Booth

Custom photo booth/ kiosk with a greenery wall as your backdrop on the deck for 2 hours of service. Guests receive two copies of their photos: one to keep and one to give back!

full SetUp and Breakdown Services

Our staff will set up and break down all venue items + any finishing touches you provide.
Floral assembly not included. DIY floral must be pre-assembled.

Sparkler Exit

Our staff will coordinate your send-off and provide guests with specialty wedding sparklers. Stick lighters and bucket also included.

Table Bussing

Our staff will bus tables during dinner and maintain cleanliness of reception area and restrooms during the event.

Table Linens

Choose from the following colors for your dining tables: White, Ivory, Grey, Black. We’ve got you covered! Cost includes set up, ironing and breakdown.
*Custom orders available for different colors at additional cost.

Yard Games

Cornhole, tic-tac-toe, ring toss, ladder golf, big connect four are set up on deck and biergarten during cocktail hour.
