At Red Ridge, we like to give our clients the opportunity to build a package based on their needs. Whether you are DIY couple or you’d like to have us handle a majority of the details, we allow you the flexibility to choose. We have several in-house services, décor, and some wonderful preferred vendors to choose from but you are also welcome to bring in outside vendors.

One wedding per day!

Two gorgeous ceremony site options: Outdoors on the hilltop with unparalleled views on our cedar deck underneath the iron pergola adorned with a beautiful chandelier or indoors in front of the natural stone fireplace and cedar mantle.

Spacious indoor Grande Room for reception and dining with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams draped with fabric and lights.

Stained cedar deck with bistro lighting perfect for cocktail hour or outdoor dance floor! 

Use of 2 private dressing rooms for the wedding party Bridal suite with 5 vanity stations, mini fridge, full bathroom , and private balcony & Groom’s room with couch, recliner, bar, mini fridge, TV, and full bathroom.

One hour rehearsal scheduled based on availability.

Day of event the facility and dressing rooms are available to you beginning at noon to decorate and you can select a 5 hour block for your event ( ceremony + reception).

Free Parking, parking attendants, and a shuttle for guests in overflow parking areas.

Bring your own alcohol and we will conveniently schedule our resident bartenders and security for you.  

Catering kitchen for food preparation and storage equipped with full refrigerator and freezer.

Choose from our list of preferred vendors or feel free to bring in any outside vendors you prefer to use.


Reserve your date

25% of facility rental fee plus a $300 security/damage deposit are due at time of booking to reserve your date.

The following services can be added to your package and are coordinated by Red Ridge staff making your wedding planning that much easier! Because these are our in-house services we are able to provide you with great savings.

Red Ridge is currently offering a package for all of the below services priced at $1999- that’s over $1000 in savings!

 

Red Ridge DJ & Lighting $850
Weddingwire award winning DJ, C4 DJ Productions will Emcee and DJ your entire wedding ( ceremony and reception)! This includes indoor and outdoor speakers, microphone for your officiant and uplighting for the reception. All playlists and music selections are conveniently handled via our online music questionnaire!

Photo Booth $750
Create a memorable experience for your guests and provide them with keepsakes from your wedding. Red Ridge has a custom photo booth that is built in to the venue that does not take away any space from your reception area with props and a rustic wooden wall background. Your guests will receive 2 copies of their photos; one to keep and one to give back to you!

Bartender/Security $400
Bring your own alcohol and our TABC certified bartenders will set up the bar & serve your guests for up to 5 hours. We will also schedule an off duty officer to provide security for your event.

Table Linens and décor  $550
Use our white or ivory table linens on all of your round, banquet, & cocktail tables. We’ve got you covered! We also have a selection of burlap runners, burlap and lace mason jars and pallet boxes for centerpieces plus cake risers and glass beverage dispensers. Our staff set up and take them down for you (saving you delivery/pick up & set up fees)!

Staffing Services $250
Our staff will bus tables during dinner ( disposable dinnerware only) and maintain cleanliness of reception area and restrooms during the event.

Coordination Services $550
Let us help take some of the load off during your wedding day so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Our coordination services include the following:

Create and implement wedding timeline

Create floor plan and oversee set up of tables,chairs and linens

Obtain vendor list, confirm set up times, and receive and direct vendors on wedding day

Distribute final payment and gratuity on wedding day

Direct procession and recession during rehearsal and wedding ceremony

Assist with pinning boutonnieres and corsages

Cue music and announcement/emcee services with DJ

Supervise collection of personal items at the end of the night and ensure everything is loaded into ‘designated’ vehicles
